CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Upon arrival, you will be warmly greeted by our friendly staff who will guide you through the check-in process and ensure that all your needs are met. Our check-in time starts at 4:00 PM, allowing you ample time to settle in and make yourself at home.
When it comes time to check out, we kindly ask that you depart by 10:00 AM. This allows us sufficient time to prepare the house for our next guests. However, if you require a later check-out time, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
At our house, we believe in the personal touch. That's why our check-in and out process is designed to be more than just a formality. We strive to meet our guests in person, offering a warm welcome and a chance to address any questions or concerns you may have. This personal interaction allows us to ensure that your stay is comfortable and memorable.
To make you feel even more welcome, we provide a complimentary welcome hamper upon your arrival. Packed with goodies and essentials, it's our way of saying thank you for choosing our house. We want your stay to be exceptional from the moment you arrive, and our welcome hamper is just one of the ways we go the extra mile for our guests.
ROOM ARRANGEMENTS
The house has 5 bedrooms 4 of which can be setup as a superking or twin setup giving you the most flexibility in sleeping arrangements.
In addition, the two family rooms at the top of the house can have the sofas beds converted into small doubles, ideal for families who needs that extra space, allowing capacity of up to 14 people.
AIR CONDITIONING
As is typical in house of this age, all bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans. In addition the kitchen, lounge, master suite, second master and both family rooms on the top floor have airconditioning/heating as part of the recent renovations.
HOUSE ESSENTIALS
We believe that life's little luxuries make a big difference.
On arrival, we invite you to indulge in our signature welcome hamper - designed to start your holiday with some local treats & a bottle of wine, it's our way of welcoming you to your home away from home.
We also provide some kitchen essentials to get you going, including tea, milk, sugar, oil, herbs, spices, washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets.
In the lounge you will find our honesty bar, stocked with some local wines and some of our favourite Gins, for a well earned G&T at the end of a long day in the sun.
And when it comes to relaxation, our plush towels and crisp linen will ensure you feel pampered and well-rested throughout your stay. You will also find complimentary luxury bathroom toiletries in each of the bathrooms. Plus, for those who like an extra touch of luxury, we offer a mid-week clean and towel change for an additional fee – just let us know and we'll take care of the rest. And for any emergencies there is a washer dryer in the kitchen along with ironing board and iron available.
We also have two highchairs, a travel cot and baby gates that can be made available on request.
During the winter months you will find a well stocked woodstore, perfect for a cosy afternoon in front of the woodburning stoves.
PARKING
Access to the house is over a neighbouring property and as such we ask that any cars are always parked within the gates of the property, rather than over the driveway approach.
Two cars can comfortably be parked within the gates, however for larger groups there is plenty of parking available in the free village car park less than 50m down the road.
POOL
The safety of our guests is of utmost importance to us. The pool is fitted with a retracatble cover. This ensures peace of mind, especially for families with young children. However, please note there are no safety barriers. As such children should not be left unattended at any time.
During the check-in process you will be shown how the operate the pool cover.
All other pool cleaning and maintenance is undertaken by our wonderful management team.
The pool is heated during and open during the months of May through September, weather permitting.
We also have plenty of pool towels, sun loungers and pool noodles available to keep everyone entertained.
EXCLUSIVE USE
The house is rented with exclusive use, with no owners or management team on site, offering you complete pirvacy during your holiday.
Our fantastic management team live locally and will be there to greet you on arrival and will remain available during your stay for any questions, concerns or emgerencies.
PETS
Well behaved dogs by prior agreement only. May incur addtional fees.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A £1,000 security deposit will be taken on all bookings, fully refundable within 10 days of check out completion. Please see our booking page for all other payment terms and booking conditions.
